Pinkney Cooper/Mary Fannie Smith/Chambers County Alabama
Hello,
Recently we received the death certificate of my g grandfather. James Garnett (J G) Cooper who died inPhenix City Alabama in 1958. He was born Aug. 28, 1896 at Camp Hill Alabama. He is buried in the Lake View Memory Gardens Cemetery in Phenix City. J.G. Cooper supposedly lived in Phenix City between 20 - 30 years before his death.
Finally we were able to determine the names of his parents.
Pinkney (C) Cooper (for some reason in the 1920 census he is referred to as ("Bud") and Mary F. (Fannie) Smith.
The information on the death certificate was provided by E. A. Spivey, daughter in Phenix City
I am posting some census infomation I had managed to find on them in Chambers County Alabama, in the hope that someone may recognize them.
