I am looking for information re: the daughter of Jacob Gill Gaudaur and Cora M. Coons. Grace was their adopted daughter, born in May 1890 in Missouri. They moved to Ontario and after Cora died (1894) in her early thirties, Grace was sent to live with her aunts in Buffalo. Cora Coons was the daughter of Elizabeth Rebecca Fitzgerald and Frederick Coons. She was in Buffalo during the 1900 census and then the trail goes cold. She apparently returned to Creve Coeur, St. Louis, Missouri and then went 'west' with someone. Any information would be appreciated.
