Anyone know of a Lydia Maccoon or similar name?

I am looking for the wife of Rufus Rix.

There was some small hint / indication that she was a Lewis, but that is not panning out. FamilySearch has his wife as Lydia M. b. abt 1767 Preston CT which makes me think she was a Maccoon, as that family was close and intermarried with the Lewis Family. They are from Rhode Island area very close to Preston CT and Thankful Maccoon married Abel Lewis, lived in Petersburgh, Rensselaer County, NY. The Rix were very close to the Lewis family which was very close to Maccoon when you read the stories available.
