I am searching for a marriage connection between Elias Coon (born Nov. 23, 1775 in Hopkinton,R.I.) and an Ann Sally. Did they marry there? Did they have their first son there? (Cyrus L. born Feb. 28, 1796 and Died 1869.) If I can connect this Elias from R.I. to my family (which is very possible) then I can provide information on his descendents up to the present. When did the McCoon's?/Coon's leave for N.Y. ? I have traced Elias Coon to Seneca Co. N.Y.
