The children of the Coon Family were born in Ohio and many buried there, but have had no luck in finding ancestors or parents.

William and Mariah or Maria or Marian Coons died around 1846 leaving their children to be split up among friends or relatives.
Catherine Jane Coon Born - July 9, 1834
Alpheus D. Coon Born - 1837
Isabell Anne Coon Born - March 17, 1840
William H. Coon Born September 9, 1842
Mary Coon (?) Born 1845 or 1846
Father - William Coon, birth place - Penn.
Mother - Mariah Garnes or Yarnes - birth place - Virginia (difficult to read 1st and last name)
