Joni: I have tried to contact Joe for some time and no one has been able to come up with a new address. My records are pretty thin here and I have Cassandra b. C1770. That date was an estimate based on Francis Ignatius Senior b. C1779 and
Cassandra Culver b. C1745. Her birth was estimated on the basis of text in "Charles County, Maryland My Colonial Relations Plus Others" by Mary Louise Donnelly, page 155. It's all pretty thin ice.
