You might want to check out the records of Christ Church, Philadelphia. Baptismal and marriage records are available on line. Just go to the Christ Church web site and look for the Archives. Just follow the prompts.

I have a copy of Hildeburn's "Baptisms and Bruials from the Records of Christ Church, Philadelphia, 1709-1760." On page 136 the following entry appears:

On July 29, 1745 Henry Coombe, son of Thomas was bruied in the Christ Church Burial Ground. However, since the deceased is identified by his father's name, I would be inclined to suspect that this Henry Coombe was a minor child.
