Would this Oliver by any change by the son of Capt. John Coolidge? I know that Capt. John had a son named Oliver who married to a Mary (Polly) Wheelock. I had a little file that has the names of Oliver and Polly's children. One of them was Caroline Amelia. She was Jan. 14, 1827 in Plymouth, Vt. I had neither her husband's name nor the place and date of her death, but I suspect that this Caroline may be the one to which you were referring.
I have some info, but I don't have anything on Rachel Cooledge. Sorry.
