Uriah Coolidge: N.Y.-Oh. (1816/1817-?)

I'm searching for Uriah COOLIDGE and Mahala PARKER. Uriah COOLIDGE was born somewhere in N.Y. in either 1816 or 1817. He was listed in a book on the history of Union Co., Ohio as being a private in the militia. (Unfortunately, it doesn't say when he enlisted.) He married Mahala PARKER, who was born 1819 or 1820 in Pa., on Oct. 15, 1843 in Union Co. They had 4 children (that I know of):
Hiram C., b. Sept 1844
Gillford, b. ca. 1853
Mary, b. ca. 1855
George Alfred (my great-great-grandfather), b. ca. 1856 in Marysville, Oh. (His name appears as Alford in the 1860 census.)
If anyone has any information on either Uriah Coolidge or his family, please contact me.
