He was b. 10 Dec. 1827 in Attica, Wyoming, NY and d. 20 Aug. 1884 at his home in Minneapolis, MN. He is buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Mantorville, MN.
He settled in Mantorville in 1858, county attorney 4 years. He was rep in the legislature in 1872 and he moved to Minneapolis the same year. After 1874 he was appointed a Judge in the municipal court.
Anyone know who he married? Children?
