Hi, I am looking for information on David Cooley (I am pretty sure that his middle initial is 'R')
He was born in New York circa 1828-1829
He married Absena Miller, who was born in Michigan.
The children they had that I know of were: Willie, Walter, Frank, Mary and Russel.
1880 census shows them living in Medina, Lenawee co, Michigan.
Residence in 1900 was: Assyria township, Barry co, Michigan.
Absena (spelled different ways in several census) Miller's parents were possibly David and Maria Miller, but I don't have concrete evidence.
I have hit a brick wall and would really like to know who David Cooley's parents were.
