Hannah (Coolback) Snook

I am searching for the parents of Hannah Coolback who married John Snook, Jr. in Hunterdon Co., NJ, 20 Jul 1781. They migrated to Warren Co., NJ, by/bef. 1803. Children were: William, Elizabeth, John March, Charlotte, Alice, March/Marts, Nancy/Anna, Joab and Johnston Snook.

William Marts (son of John and Elizabeth (-) Marts) and John Snook, Jr. were step-brothers. When a William Coolboch died in Amwell, Hunterdon Co., NJ, bef. 15 Mar 1779, Hannah Coolboch, administrator of the estate, and Elisabeth March posted the bond on his intestate estate. Both signed by mark. The inventory of his estate, taken by Jacob Snyder and Obadiah Hunt, totaled a little over 168 pounds. Any clarification on who this William was, who Hannah was, and any further information on this Elisabeth March (Marts?) appreciated. From the Edward C. Hoagland genealogies were the activities of more than one William Coolbaugh (var) combined to identify one person?
