Belinda, There is something else I thought of that might help. I found the baptismal information on my ancestor (Huybert or Herbert, Elizabeth's younger brother) by going to the local Mormon Church library. It was listed there in records from the Marbletown, NY Reformed Dutch Church. My Schoonmaker Family History lists Marbletown repeatedly in the records of this branch of the Kool family, including as the birthplace of two of Elizabeth's siblings, the marriage place of Elizabeth's sister Antjen and her husband John Cantine, and John's brithplace as well. My suggestion is to try to go directly to the Marbletown Reformed Dutch church (or if it no longer exists, to the Old Dutch Church of Kingston, NY where they have many of the old records from other churches in their denomination in Ulster County. Sorry I can't give you an address or phone number for the Marbletown church because I live 800 miles from there and have no phone book. Perhaps this will be easy for you if you live in or near Ulster County, or you could call Information. The Anglemans might have belonged to this church also, since in the early days the Dutch tended to "marry their own kind." Good Luck! Carol
