I am interested if anyone has come across the following Cookson's in their research:
James Cookson (abt 1830-1875 Lancashire-Surrey) married Elizabeth Brown (b. abt 1836 Mutsford, Cheshire).
So far I have found 7 children for them:
Robert T b. abt 1860 Battersea Surrey
Alice M b. abt 1862 East Molesey Surrey
Rosina b. abt 1865 Norbiton
James G b. abt 1867 West Molesey Surrey
Annie b. abt 1869 East Molesey Surrey
John M b. abt 1871 West Molesey Surrey
Thomas Joseph Granville b. 21/08/1874 East Molesey Surrey

Thomas Joseph Granville Cookson (1874-1915) married Mabel Florence Lear and had 4 children:
Mabel Elsie Cookson (1915-199? Essex-Australia)
Jack
Thomas W Cookson (1912-1998 West Ham-Tyne & Wear)
Mary Cookson.

Thomas W went on to marry Dame Catherine Cookson in 1940.

I am a descendant of Mabel Elsie Cookson but would love to learn more about any of the family.
