Researching the COOKSEY surname from Maryland prior to 1815. My main objective is to find additional information on Mary COOKSEY, who was the daughter of John COOKSEY and Mary REED. John's will was probated 1758 in Charles Co., Md. The widow, Mary Reed Cooksey, married Jacob HUDSON. She died 1787. The daughter, Mary Cooksey, married Philip MORELAND. Philip signed for his wife's portion of her mother's estate in
1792 in Charles Co. What became of Mary and Philip? Other children of John
