Fauquier Co. VA Land Deed Book 41, page 306 probated 5 Feb 1842

Nicholas P. Earp selling his wife's share of the estate of Philip Cookey, she named as Virginia Ann, daughter of James Cooksey of Ohio Co. VA, he was the son of said Philip.

Philip Cooksey's estate settlement in Fauquier Co. VA in 1839.

No other mention of any other family members.
