Cooksey of 1876 My grandmother was Ada Chole Cooksey Juhrend, born in Ottowa, Kansas in 1886, she was the daughter of William Addison Cooksey born in Glasco, MO in 1860, he was the son of Jonathon Cooksey born in Bloomfield, Iowa in 1833, he died in 1864, I am trying to find out if he died in the War between the States, he was the son of William Cooksey born in Virginia in 1793. Can anyone add to this?
