I have the obit for Sara Boen Cooksey born July 9, 1863 in Iron County near Belleview to Mr. & Mrs. Isaac Boen and died December 12, 1942 in Leadwood, MO. She was married to John Cooksey, who preceded her in death. Sara's obit says she is buried in the Davis Cemetery. There was a Davis Cemetery, aka Coffman Cemetery, aka Shaw Cemetery, aka Federal Hill Cemetery in what is now Park Hills, MO, I wouldn't think anyone would have been buried there by the 1940's since the Lead Mines made a slime pond in that area, but you never know. Can anyone clarify which Davis Cemetery Sara may have been buried in?
