Andrew Cooksey (son of Jonathon Cooksey & Elizabeth Large) b. 29 Mar 1823 Ky d. 25 May 1913 Ky married 1848 Lawrence County, Ky to Mary A. Wellman. They lived in Lawrence County, Ky on Cooksey Fork. The cabin Andrew built is still standing. Andrew and Mary had 13 children. Their daughter Perlina was my great-grandmother.
