Sorry, it's been a long time since I have been to this site. I kind of gave up on my research since I hit so many dead ends. Thank you for your information, especially the stuff on J.L. Dickson, I had never been able to find a name for her 1st husband. Eva Pansy was the 8 month old daughter of my great-grandparents, Fred and Daisy Cooksey. Her death was very hard on my grandma, she talked about her a lot. Daisy lived to be 99 and died in 2001, she was quite the character. I wish I would have asked her more questions when she was alive. No one seems to know much about Ross. He wasn't well liked by our family because he left his kids with his in-laws when his wife died and they rarely saw him. With all his other families, he wasn't very popular with mine, lol. He ended up being bit by a rabid fox and later committed suicide. He makes for very interesting genealogy though. I have a lot of info on the Cooksey family, if there is anything you need, please let me know and maybe I can help. Thanks again!
