I'm not related to this family. However, I thought that this obituary would help someone.
Funeral services for John Acie Cooksey, 51, Union, will be held Thursday, December 5, at 11 am at Bell Funeral Home, Pacific. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetary, St. Louis. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 4, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Bell Funeral Home. Mr. Cooksey passed away Sunday, December 1, 2002, at John Cochran Veteran's Hospital, St. Louis. He is survived by his mother, Margie O'Shaughnessy, nee Gibbar; one brother William Thomas Cooksey; his companion, Paula Schram and her son Jeremy Schram; other relatives and many friends. The Cooksey family is being served by Bell Funeral Home, Pacific.
