Judy, I have little info on Bolivar Houston Cooke but I did visit a town in Tennessee, just off I-40 called Cookeville which was named after his Father Richard Fielding Cooke. In the local library they have a bust of Richard and a some copies of letters, and other information which you may find of interest. Richard F. Was a brother to my ancestor William H.
