Cooke's of Toronto Canada are 6 generations from the original immagrants who came from Irland to the USA and headed north. My Uncle has a family tree that traces us back to England be for the E was added to the Cooke name. The E was added because of family digrace. One ancestor was hung for letting his horse step on and kill an other mans prize calf. Laws were simple but harsh back then. I will try to contact my cousins to get a copy of the family tree.
