I am also a descendant of Mordecai Cooke of
Gloucester, Va. I am also familiar with the Buckner line, through Richard and Elizabeth Buckner, then through their daughter Elizabeth, who married Mordecai Cook III.

Let me know if I can be of help. I am still
somwhat confused as to whether Eliz Buckner
married Thomas Cooke's (of Woodbury) grandson Mordecai or some other nephew or cousin
