Thomas Cook, b~1729 or earlier, of Baltimore Co., Md
I calculate that Thomas Cook was born about 1729 or earlier, possibly in Maryland. Land deeds indicate he was "of Baltimore Co." at least by 1758. Also, as indicated in deeds, he died sometime between 1758-1770. His wife's name is unknown.
He had 4 known sons:
1. John, b. ~1749 or earlier, as deeds indicate he was of age and married to Mary ___ by 1770.
2. Caleb, apparently of age in 1770
3. Nicholas, a minor in 1770
4. Greenbury, b ~ 1757-1768, a minor in 1770; married 18 Oct 1788 to Ann/Nancy Baseman (aka Beaseman/Beasman/Baysman/Bazeman), dau of Joseph & Rachel. Greenbury died sometime between 1817-1820, as substantiated by deeds.
Can anyone help with additional info?
Thanks, Suzanne
