"Annals of Westmeath, ancient and modern.
p.89 In 1641 Tuite of Moygullen was attainted and his lands confiscated and handed over to John Cooke, Lord Wharton and the Duke of York.
Lord Wharton and Duke of York appear to have been
"of the gentry" - who was John Cooke ?
