Do you know of a JOSEPH WILLIAM COOKE born
maybe in this locale circa 1850's, married to
RACHEL STOKES, had a son also JOSEPH WM.COOKE
Rachel later married JAMES HALES and son's
name changed to J.W. COOKE HALES. Do not know
when original Joseph died or maybe divorced
Rachel. I know Rachel from Stoke on Trent and
was in Trenton, NJ about 1885.
