I don't have any info on your Lemuel or Moses but I did want to comment on the line as you wrote it:
Josiah>Josiah>....Francis Cooke. There is no verifiable evidence that Josiah Cooke was the son of or related to Mayflower passenger Francis Cooke. I have seen many "online trees" whose submitters have added Francis as the father of Josiah of Eastham, Barnstable, MA. It is not fact!
