L.L. Cooke, West Virginia 1890-1920?

I have come across a wonderful 8x11 portrait of a man in a stylish business suit. It is signed "Best Wishes L. L. Cooke". I found this picture in a frame, hidden behind my grandfathers 8th grade school certificate from 1920. My grandfather was Floyd Hinkle Jr.(b1909,d.1989) (Junior) from Hinkleville West Virginia. It may be the school master/principle. My grandfather and his family are no longer alive. No one knows who this is and I would love to pass it on to the family of L. L. Cooke.
