WHICH Giles Cooke????

Berkeley Co., VA and Jefferson Co., VA.
One Giles Cooke was married to Margaret Savage in Northampton Co., VA in Oct. 1750. This is the connection to Esther Littleton, dau/Nathaniel Littleton. Esther was m. to Thomas Savage, II or Jr.. I believe that this elder Giles Cooke may have been the son of Mordecai Cooke, the immigrant but am not sure if I have missed a generation. In 1800 there was a deed of gift from Nathaniel Littleton Savage, dec'd.(of New Kent Co.) to Giles Cooke in Berkeley Co., VA--DeedBk. 6, p. 356. In 1804 John Richie & Hetty, Thomas B. Evans & Elizabeth, John Cooke & Sarah, Hezekiah Beall & Margaret, & Margaret Moore were divisees of Giles Cooke---Mary Willis and John Dixon (my line) $8,000.00. John Dixon and Margaret (granddaughter of elder Giles Cooke) bought 400 acres devised to them by Giles Cooke, will of 1 Oct. 1801, adjoining Alekxander White, Manus Tate, & Benjamin Beeler, etc.
From deed of conveyance from Nathaniel Savage, Giles Cooke's children must have been Hetty, Elizabeth, John, Margaret Beall? * Margaret Moore (m. Cato Moore)--this land was near Charlestown on the Cattail (river).
WHY is there no other Giles Cooke mentioned if he had a son named Giles? I know that Giles Cooke's daughter, Margaret was m. to Cato Moore who died abt. 1797 but there was a Giles Cook listed as an OLD inhabitant of Jefferson Co., VA who died Nov 1813. Could this man have lived that long? Was he son of the immigrant or just which generation was this Giles Cooke? John Dixon was an attorney in Charlestown and was married to Margaret Ann Moore, dau/Margaret Cooke and Cato Moore. John Dixon died abt. 1822 or 23.
After studying the book, "Mordecai's Mount" by Dr. William Carter Stubbs and reading these deeds and wills, I am as confused as ever! Can somebody help me sort this out? There may have been another Giles Cook/Cooke living in Berkeley and later Jefferson Co., VA (WV).
Who was the tobacco agent in 1714 in Gloucester Co., VA? Father of this later Giles who m. Margaret Savage in 1750? If he is same Giles Cooke as the one who died in 1813, he would have been well over 100. HELP!
