Very strange. I got right into it yesterday, and after reading your note, I went straight there again.

Do not add anything to that address. It works 100% of the time. But, if you add www or anything like that, it wont recognize the address.
Pacbell has not been down for more than a three weeks, so there would be no reason for not getting to the page, unless you typed in the address incorrectly.
