Dr. Samuel COOKE m Temperance HEDGES, and lived in Poughkeepsie, NY. He was surgeon in Civil War, died 26 May 1783. Kids Wm. Hedges, George W, Temperance, and Ann (m Nahum Daniels), plus mom (abt 1736-Aug 1813), moved to Herkimer Co, NY. Also had son Samuel and 2 sons who drowned at ages 8 and 12. Need their parents, siblings, etc. and where they were from before Poughkeepsie.
