I went to your web site, & it was empty! Have you changed your location? My mother was one of 17 children of William Coogan & Eleanor McFarland, who lived in Watertown, Wisconsin. I'm curious to see what is known about the Coogan line. I think there are many different spellings of the name, so it may be hard to track.
