John was probably b in Ireland d 4 Dec 1801Cambell Co. Ky. m Elizabeth Bridgewater. This is the family that was captured by Col. Byrd and a band of Indians at Rumley Station in Ky. They were marched to Ft. Detroit and held captive as slaves to the Indians for four years. Maybe John was Latin Scholor? Anyone know more about John?
