I am looking for informaiton about Maurice
Conway of Sheffield Mass. He was probably
born around 1850 Ottawa Canada. He was a
blacksmith and wheelwright in Sheffield. I do
not know if he married. He had several
siblings: Bridget--a members of the Sisters
of the Good Shepherd in Buffalo, NY;
Catherine--remained in Ottawa; James--lived
in NY managing a dry goods store. Maurice's
mother was Margaret Latchford--daughter of
James Latchford (he was born 1810 in
Limerick,Ireland). She had several siblings:
Mary--married a Murphy who may (or may not)
have worked on Parliment buildings in Ottawa;
Eliza and Catherine--I know nothing about
them; Frank--became a lawyer.
