Hello Scott:
For Cat(herine) Conway B 1859 +/- 2 yrs, somewhere in Ireland, with a father forenamed William, I found 4 rcds: 1857 Galway, 1859 Cork, 1860 Limerick, and 1860 Louth.
For William Conway M 1855 +/- 4 yrs, somewhere in Ireland, I found 16 rcds - too many to easily summarize here.
For Mary Casey M ditto, I found 89 rcds - again too many. Assuming William and Mary married in the same counties as found for Catherine, this reduces the number of records to just 38 - still a sizeable number.
By comparing the record sets for both, most of the false positives can be eliminated. This will leave you with a limited set which match on the yr/county basis. Further screening at the parish level will leave you with a small set (perhaps just one) which match on the yr/cnty/parish level. If so, then this set is highly likely to contain the correct record.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
