Dear Sharon,
I am writing in response to your June 1998 posting about Native American CONWAYs. My
g-grandmother is supposedly full blooded indian of Choctaw, Cherokee, and Cree blood. to my knowledge her name is Joella (pronounced Joe Ella). That is all that I know about her. I would truly love to find more info on her. Maybe you can help me? I have not been able to find the Dawes roll on microfiche. Maybe I am not looking in the right place. Anyway, please help:-) I am very willing to share any info that I have on the CONWAY family. Although, it is very limited.
Sincerely, Montique (Conway) Whited
