Ellen Conway abt 1823 Mayo or Castle Birr

Hi, I am looking for any information on Ellen Conway who married Patrick Akins and had 7 known children in England. One English census says she was born in Mayo Ireland and another says at Castle Birr which is in a different area. Their first known child was born in 1866 in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, England so they were there than. I don't know when they emmigrated but most likely around the potato famine time. Patrick was a shoemaker and they had their children in differnt areas of England. They finally settled in Leicester and are buried there.
