Hello, My Conway's trace back to King Edward who built the Conway Castle in north Wales, so I am not really sure if we are Welch or English. Two brothers, Edwin and Thomas came to America about 1650 or so landing at the mouth of the Patomic River near Washington, DC and my family setteled in eastern Tennesse. As you say, there are lots of Conway's. Are you in Wales? Thank you, Carol Conway Bochlige
