Greetings.cannot help with excat detail but the name Stanton is probably Staunton and the name id mainly found in the west of Ireland in the Mayo Roscommos and Galways areas. The name Conway is most certainly predominates in Co.Tyrone but in one of Irelands periods of trouble circa 1795 many people from Tyrone fled to the West of Ireland and there are Conways there to this day.Looks like your Staunton and Conway were from the west of Ireland.Hope helps. My mother in law was a Tyrone Conway. We have friends Staunton in Galway.Best wishes= Michael Higgins Belfast
