Looking for descendants of Harriet A. Conway who was born abt. 1839 probably in Marion Co., Missouri. She married John H. Dickason December 15, 1863 in Marion Co., Mo. s/o Alexander Dickason and Susan Ford. She was d/o Joseph Conway and Mary Landrum Hendricks. They had two children as of 1884, could possibly have had more. J. H. Dickason was engaged in the manufacure of plug tobacco, as a member of the firm of J. L. Bricket & Co. till the factory burned down in 1869. He then engaged in the real estate business and was for two years secretary of the National Insurance Company. From 1877 he was engaged with his brother, William, in merchandise and as dealers in wood. They have one store at Cincinnati Landing and one at Barry, Illinois and are the most extensive dealers in wood in this part of the country, having, besides their wood yards in Hannibal, an extensive yard in Quincy, handling 1,500 cords per year and employing 150 men.
