Gggrandmother Bridget Conway was born in Ireland c. 1830, married James Walsh en route in Liverpool, Eng 10/22/1848. Settled in Pittston, PA. Believe from Co. Mayo, but not certain. Know that her brother, Fr. Peter Conway built a church in Claren-Headford (Co. Galway?) with donations from the *exiles in America*. It's
still used today. Fr. Peter's Will mentions his sister, Mrs. Regan in Ballinrobe, but no other siblings. Any connection?
