I've reached a bick wall in tracking my ancestor Henry Conway so I'm tracking the inlaws. Henry and Elizabeth Conway first born (at least that I know of) son Alfred was born in 1815, poss in AL, but by 1830, they were in Fayette Co, TN were they stayed till 1850. Alfred married Henrietta Shinault, presumed to be daughter of Walter Shinault. Shortly after 1850, the whole family moved to Shelby Co TX, accompanied by an AJ Shinault. At least I think AJ came with them, he affiliates with the same Masonic lodge as the Conway men.I'm guessing he is a brother of Henrietta.. Since AJ Shinault and Alfred Conway affiliated ( not entered as apprentices, with the lodge, they must have already been Masons in TN
