Ive just reviewed the Conway forum. My Conway ancestors were from clare
Cornelius was born in 1864 to Michael Conway and Mary Fitzgibbons in Crusheen, Clare. I This was in the IGI. I had a inquiry about Conways that were from Lannich (spelling may be incorrect. Never heard about it. In the last part of the 19th century according to disribution studies (Griffith ) there were approximately 300 families living in Clare.
Havnt seen the actual distribution numbers according to parish.
