Relations to Frances Anthony Considine - 1943

My father lost contact with all of his family. I don't know what part of Clare he is from. However, I know he was from a big family and was born in about 1943. Also, he immigrated to NYC in about 1962. We are currently living in WV. His name is Frances Anthony Considine. I also know he was raised by his grandmother who had several kids of her own.
