My name is Maureen, I am the G.G.G granddaughter of Mary considine Callaghan.
Mary lived and may have been born in Co. Clare probably around the mid 1800's. She and John though i don't know if they left at the same time emigrated to Australia. Where in 1851 they had a son James, and two daughters Bridget and Kathleen. In 1873 James married Bridget Torpey who was also from Co. Clare Elizabeth born in 1874 married William Horsington, her brother Thomas is my G.grandfather. This is the only information i have on Mary considine, and would appreciate a reply and any other information as soon as possible.
