I'm not sure this is of any help to you. For what it's worth, from the 1844 City Directory for Chicago, Illinois: "CONSTANTINE, Patrick laborer residence between Michigan and Illinois Streets, 5th Ward."
My interest is in Patrick Consadine (Considine), who was listed in Chicago's 1880 U. S. Census. There were Considines in Chicago as early as the 1830's. Good luck. June 01, 2002.
