Thanks for that clue. I have access to the Archives of NJ, and will look for his will there. Can you give me the citation source for the dates of birth and death of John Conrey that you quoted. I would like to examine them. I don't have anything on him.

I have guesstimated that Jonathan, Peter & William Conrey were born in the 1730's in Monmouth Co., NJ. William's place of birth comes from the NYC Death register, but as I recall, no age was given. Peter had a will, so Monmouth was listed. Jonathan's birth place is my surmise based on his marriage listing.
