My great grandfather was Peter Conroy from Queens County, Ireland. Born 11/28/1827 in Lea parish. His parents were Patrick Conroy and Maria Whalen. They arrived New York in 1847 and then to Greensburg, Pa., then to Lee County, Iowa, and then to Clark County, Missouri. Your message mentions Conroy and Whalen , so I sent this message.
