Seek information about Emaline Conrad born about 1835, probably in Ohio. Married James S. Baker in Shelby County, Illinois in 1859. James died during the Civil War and she remarried to a Jonathan Anderson in 1866. Pension documents were signed by a Naomi and a Matilda Conrad. I suspect these are sisters, the mother, and/or sister-in-laws of Emaline. Would love to share information on this family.
